Our organization was founded and is led by Jiu Jitsu Master Eddie Bravo along with Victor Davila. Eddie Bravo after obtaining his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2003 founded 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu. Victor Davila, Master Vic, famous UFC commentator and expert on martial arts in the United States and Mexico. With the experience of more than 50 international tournaments. Eddie Bravo and Master Vic are co-founders of EBI, the most recognized international Jiu Jitsu tournament in the United States, EBI tournaments are broadcast by UFC Fight Pass.
Bravo and Davila had opened plenty of opportunities for jiu-jitsu practitioners by establishing a no-gi submission-only grappling tournament known as the Eddie Bravo Invitational (EBI).
What started in 2014 as a solo venture became a sensation in 2016 when UFC announced its partnership with EBI. The bars kept on getting set higher and higher for EBI till 2018. After that Bravo decided to make Combat Jiu-Jitsu World Championship (CJJ) a reality.
After a four-year-long break, It was announced the return of EBI in 2022, much to the relief of jiu-jitsu fans..
